Jelster's Gixer for sale

My beloved GSXR600 K4 has to go because of my back problem.

It has done a lot of miles, about 19k in 15 months but it has been serviced regularly and those know me will comment on how well I look after it. It runs sweet as a nut and has been reliable. Selling this bike hurts, but not as much as my back....... It's done 3 trips to France, and was on AR05.

As it's mine it in black (well what did you expect)





Mods include:
Akrapovic can, BMC air filter and ECU Remap
Black DB screen
Datatool System 3 alarm
Braided lines front & rear
Amber lens covers
General add ons from Suzuki
Baglux tank cover
Clear rear light with integrated turn signals.

The original can, screen and rear fender are all like new.

£3895 or I will seriously consider a PX/swap with an K3/K4/K5 SV as I need a bike for commuting.

If you want to test it I need the money in my hand before you leave my garage. Sorry, but that's how it goes. I'll willingly take anybody pillion...

Jelster, what's the main reasons you want to sell... I'm not looking for faults or excuses, I'm just interested in the bike. I have a SV and Triumph and hubby has a GSXR... I'm finding the SV very...erm....characterless lol. He'll kill me if he reads this I need something in line with the Triumph but not so heavy..I want something more responsive. Is your GSXR the same size as the 1000, I mean width wise and weight?

Ok I'm sounding a bit of an airhead here, best shut up before I dig a deeper hole. lol
