Default HELP... Fitting R&G's

Hi, ive just started fitting my new design R&G's to my curvy svs with lowers, but have already come across a problem
Im no bike mechanic
Ive removed the lowers then as instruction moved on to removing the main engine bolt (see pic to confirm im doing the correct bolt)

How tight are these usually? is it a left hand thread or something? Ive put alot of preasure on it, to the point of lifting the bike off the paddock stand but i dont want to give it too much as a snapped bolt is the last thing i want.
Any help appreciated.... dont like looking at my bike in bits

According to the manual (Haynes and service) the Adjuster bolts are tightened to 10Nm and the Adjuster bolt locknuts are to 45Nm.

Panic over

I gave it all my might and 'hey presto' off she comes.
Almost done now, only the lowers to go back on.

Thanks for letting me know the torque settings.

those torques are for the mounting adjusters.

The big through bolt is 93Nm on a curvy

see page 3-15 Engine in the manuals here

I had the same problem, I broke one of my ratchets trying to undo it.
I had to cut the nut off in the end
