Default Won a gixxer shock off ebay.

Arrived this morning. All I need to do now is fit it and work out what these relaunch and prebound adjusters do

Mine arrived yesterday (SRAD Shock) for my curvy SV. Now the fun begins cos I aint gotta clue!

You didn't mention what model shock you picked up, but perhaps you can get some figures to start with from here:

I think i've a pre-SRAD as its very soft, but I've heard the SRAD spring is soft too. Either way, it's bloody great

You need to take weight off back wheel, seats and side plastics off. Tank off, battery out then it's figuring what keeps the shock in. If you have the hump on the shock you need to grind off the tank flap that holds battery in position.

When putting the battery back in it is as snug a fit as it can get. A little too close but works.

Some say you must de-thread the bottom of the shock to use with SV but mine was a direct replacement.
