I finally bought a manual for my curvey so I can get on with the maintenance that I will now be doing myself. One thing on my list is a re-grease of the swinger bearings, as people seem to say that they come from Japan with none included. I see from the manual that I need a special tool to get the nut off of one side. How have you guys coped with this? Made one? Bought one? Got by without??
Cheers.

Made one, large socket+Dremmel/anglegrinder, worked a treat.

I would think you are looking at a few quid, but I've been banished to the states so I have an advantage, the socket cost something like 4 dollars and the angle grinder ain't mine.
