Brake callipers to fit a k3 nekkid - SV650.org

I need to change my brake pads but 2 years of road salt and grime have completely seized the pins in. I would like any tips on loosening them, preferreably without having to bleed the system but this problem has got me thinking about better callipers. Are there any that bolt straight on to a k3 sv650 that are better or even that can be made to fit with only minor modifications to either calliper or mounting points? Just chewing the fat really but it would be nice to put better brakes on the old thing...

I think all SV calipers for the front are the same, as far as i know there are no direct replacements.

The rear are diffrent between the pointy and curvey bikes.
