Fitted my pryamid hugger on Sunday, easy enough to do without a paddock stand or removing the rear wheel BUT i now do not have a lot of clearance between the hugger and the tyre where the hugger narrows down to fit between the legs of the swinging arm. I am talking less than 1mm either side, is this normal???
Also even though the cable ties are as tight as i can possibly get then the Hugger is still quite able to be moved by hand.. I am not impressed, not for the fact that i have paid £45 for what amounts to a moulded piece of plastic and 2 cable ties. It will be coming off tonight. Is there a hugger that bolts on?? |

I have an Ermax hugger on mine. It uses 4 bolted mounting points, no cable ties. The fit on mine is fine.

Philb,
I've the same hugger as you and mine fits fine ![]() I agree £45 is a bit steep for what it is but they do look a lot better than other huggers in that price range, IMO. |
