Default New SV650 and I have a few questions.

Hi,

Well- it's not brand new, but new to me. I bought an SV650K4 with 2000 miles up on a bit of a whim. It's got a Remus Ti can and a K&N but no Powercommander. Is this OK? Also, I wanted to give it a bit of a cafe racer look so I was thinking of fitting SVS clipons and top yoke and making some brackets to push the pegs up and back. Anyone done this and are there any problems that need overcoming? Lastly, what's the best course of action for sorting the suspension without resorting to open wallet surgery.

If these topics are covered elsewhere on this site then I apologise for asking these questions again, but my time sitting in front of a pc is very limited...cos I can't get the damn kids off it!!!

a power commander isn't really needed. you can get a remap done by a garage with a yoshi box that does the same thing. think it would cost about 25 quid.
