I can't imagine a full size number plate being supported by the tiny shelf that is on my '05 ermax undertray. Has any one done this? Post pictures if you have please!

I actually have a 6x4" plate stuck onto the battery box at the moment, you can only see half of it!
![]() I don't want to get busted though, hence why I am thinking of getting a proper (or at least larger than it is now) plate and mounting it on the right place where it can be seen! ![]() |

Full size plates are just as bad as the snow shovel you removed!!
I rode around with the plate sellotaped to my rucksack for a couple of weeks after fitting my ermax as the bike looks better with no plate (and you can cover it for speed-cameras ![]() ![]() |

Yikes....
![]() Stick with the 6x6 or 6x4.... so long as you dont act like a prat and give coppers a reason to want to throw the book at you you'll be fine with those sizes!! The smaller, the better..... ![]() |

..... but the standard size plate dwarfs the bike!!
Surely having a BIG yellow thing on the back of the bike doesn't help either the asthetics or aerodynamics...!! You've got rid of the snow shovel....... |
