I was on my way to college this morning, going up the A3 (From M25 to Merton Junction) and when i got to the stage where it turn into a 50MPH, so i had to slow for traffic!
i was filtering as i always do, when i looked to my left and on the hard shoulder was the owner of P785KHK driving along it undertaking all the traffic, no it was not another bike or a emergancy service, it was a RED TRANSIT VAN an he wasn't broken down he decided that he didn't want to wait in the traffic. so he spent about a mile undertaking all the traffic! i then shook my head in disaproval in his mirror then followed him for about 5 or 6 miles when he turned back onto the road what do you think i should do! 1. FIND HIME AND KICK HIS HEAD IN 2. CALL THE POLICE 3. DO NOTHING |

What an ****! But, as you haven't yet phoned the police and are unlikely to actually kick his head in even if you knew his address, I think you're stuck with do nothing.

options & what will happen to you are...
1. ok it would make you feel better but, you will get arrested & spend some time in a cel get a criminal record & ruin your chances of work in the future. also u may end up in jail & if that happens don't forget your soap on a rope ![]() ![]() 2. why bother, there is no evidence that u have & i doubt the police will waste many man hours on it. I can't imagine it will high on there prioitys really. sorry but its the truth. 3. best option by far IMO just another numpty just blow it of & keep going. |

I doubt it. Unless someone else has reported him. Even then, I think the most they will do is give him some 'advice'.

I'm not sure if this is true but I think that if enough people complain about this individual, the local authorities can raise an ASBO for their anti social behaviour. It's unlikely that they will get this on a hundred people complaining about one incident. I think there has to be a broader body of evidence that argues this individual is a repeat offender.
I don't know if you should complain to the police or the local council, but there would be no harm in phoning one of them and asking. Also am not quite sure what happens as a result of recieving an ASBO. Perhaps they get points on their license, increased insurance premiums, or possibly a ban, or maybe just a warning until more complaints come in. |
