Default Tyres I like Best.

SV650Sk1

AVON 45s on front 46's on Rear.... great. 4-5k off these guys
BT020's good and long wearing, but grip goes off after 3-4k but didn't get down to the markers until 6-10k
The orignal MZ didn't really last that long or seem that good compared to the Avons.

Total miles done on bike. 67k. Currently running Avons.

How do you find the AV45/46s in the wet? The general opinion seems to be that the SV isn't heavy enough for these tyres and so they tends to slips easily when wet, but hold well in the dry.
I liked the BT020 in general but it seemed to wear far too easily in the centre and I hit the markers after alot less than 5k and hit canvass by 5.

My current favourite is the AV59/60 viper sports. Good in wet or dry, heats up quickly and gives the level of feedback I like. Enough to know what's going on but not enough to make it feel nervous. Only downside to them is economy. Not cheap to buy and they won't last past 5k, if you even make them go that far.
The Sport Attacks will be my next set. I want to see how they stack up against the more expensive sports aimed tyres.

I really dislike the Avon rear in the wet... Though it did very well indeed in fresh snow.

Northy, what Avons did you use - the Vipers are pretty good in the wet as I found out today

Azaro. 46? 45? Whatever it is, it's rubbish IMO. To be fair, it's old and it's had a little bit of abuse, but still.

Yep, I think the 45/46 do fall in to that category
