Just checking what the best type of oil weight would be for a 12.5 stone (gear on) guy. Gonna be putting in Ohlins springs too.

Depends. What weight springs are you fitting? Generally no more than 15wt oil is a good guide. If you go over that you tend to have problems with fork seals. Just make sure that you get the levels spot on, no matter what you go for.
