Default hugger catching on tool box

just wondering if any one has any problems with there Ermax hugger on there 650 04 catching on there tool box? as i was cleaning my bike on satarday and noticed it was wearing the hugger away because of the extended tool box. thought i might have to cut part of the toll box away, but just thought i would ask.

cheers stumpy

They most likely sold you a K3 hugger. Demand a swap.

I have the same hugger... mine rubs too. I think they just used the same hugger for both models as mine is k4 as well. There's only rubbing on the hugger itself for me, but you cant really see it when fitted so i didn't worry about it. How long have you had yours fitted?

Can you put a plaster or something there to stope it wearing away? Sounds stupid but it might work.

Tool Box?

Get a smaller one. I would imagine that the Snap on 10 Draw is a little to big

Same thing happened to my oldmans hugger, ermax said there are 2 different huggers for K4 and that we must have ordered the wrong one,

Was not told there where 2 for the K4 when order and are not willing to help at all.
