Hi all
recently got myself a givi top box and rack off ebay... problem is it is missing the inner frame end bolts (they expand inside the frame tube). I've contacted givi, but they don't do replacements. does anyone have any spare.... do you know where I can get some, or can anyone suggest an alternate that would work equally well? Cheers |

Just a thought.

Had the same problem after buying a givi rack from e-bay. I ended up finding some steel which fitted inside the frametube then drilling (8mm) through from the side, through the lug on the rack, through the frame tube and maiking a mark on the piece of steel, then I took this out and tapped it M8 - put it back in and bolted into it. You also need to have the means of preventing this piece of steel sliding right down into the frame tube. This was all a bit fiddly but I couln't think of any other way to do it.
