Hi all,

A blue K2 or K3 looked like either taking a phone call or broken down just after the new severn crossing, the run up the hill towards Bristol and M5 turnoff.

Sorry I couldn't stop, I was ont he opposite carriageway, you were going Eastbound, I was on my way home.

This was around 5:00pm ish Wednesday
