Been offered £2,500 for my SVS k4, 6k, FSH, Ohlins Rear and front Springs, K&N Filter, Blueflame full system, as part exchange for the Gixxer 600 K6, with Alarm, Crash Bungs and Steering Damper thrown in, do you think it's a good deal? I reckon it is.

If you think it's a good deal, then that's all that matters!
I would have said it sounded a little low, but then again, I don't know what he's asking for the GSXR ?, it's not the trade-in price or the new bike price that's important, but the change cost. If you take a hammering on the trade-in, but gain on the new bike cost, it's much the same thing. All said and done, I'll refer you back to my original point ![]() Cheers Mark.

Thanks.
The new bike is £6,800 but then he is giving me about £600 worth of freebies. Hence why I thought it was a good deal. The Sv stock would have been around £2,400, so he has offered me aroung £500 for the extras. I could prolly have got more if I sold them seperately but do not have all the original bits either sold them already or given to friends. |
