Can anyone help?

Hi all,

I need to change my chain and sprockets in the next few weeks but I am a bit nervous about doing it with only help from a Haynes manual. Would anyone frm the Blandford/Salisbury/Bournemouth/Poole area be willing to guide me through the process?

I know this is very cheeky (especially as I dont know any of you) but I really want to learn how to do things myself and the only course I can find doesnt start until October.
