I just ordered a clear light with LED upgrade from http://www.clearalternatives.com/. It costs about 55 squid with delivery from US. I can post a pic of how it looks once I get it delivered and fitted.

I rate Ultraled's Used them a lot of times for various things. If you do buy thier LED bulbs, then get the deluxe models.

You can get the Clear Alternatives ones from Demon Tweeks for about £45. Just bought one, just to see how it'll look. Should suit my new paint, but I like the standard rear light so it might go straight back on sale...

Ooh, good link there for UltraLeds. I wonder why 2 superior version LED tail lights costs less than a paick of 2?

I've got a clear lens and led bulbs. £55 from Busters. Think they have about 20 leds in each "bulb".

Like a lot of things this is down to taste. I like the look of it, and anyone rideng behind says it's as bright, brighter than before.

Yeah, it's when the LEDs are on I don't like the look so much... The standard one's got a bit of a classic, cut-glass look about it, the clear one looks a bit faded. Personal taste of course, no idea which way my own personal taste is going to go

Don't ride with my lights on during the day anyway, but not sure if they look that bad.

My mates got a TL (same rear lens) and has got one of the all-in-one lights. does indicators as well. You can get them on e-bay. Fancied one, but having seen his in action not so keen now. Because the indicators are in the lens unit it is not very clear which side indicator is flashing. Would work well on an RF Suzi though.
