Just watched it...
got a 6/10.... wasn't all that... arr well nearly 2 hours more of my life gone...

7.5 out of 10 IMHO. If you watched the short lived series Firefly, the movie and story line of the River Tam makes more sence. But it's a good stand alone film.

I'd give it an 8. It gets marked down a little because it's so obviously a feature-length TV program, not a stand-alone film. If you watch the deleted scenes, you see they dodged a few bullets there, some really hideous bits were narowly avoided.

If you watched the TV series Firefly it gets 7-8 out of 10 if not then 6.
