Oh come on, can you honestly say that Wildlife on One would be made more interesting by the introductiuon of tiny little machine guns and Barrat (very)Light 50's?!
I can see it now, Sir David Attenborough crawling through the undergrowth, careful approach, whispering so as not to disturb a Silverback Gorrilla... ... then he gets spanged in the butt by a baboon performing a 'swing-by' shooting.

Yes, I can see that being very funny.... At which point the Gorrilla brings out a hand gun and starts taking pot shots Would make wildlife programmes rather interesting, would probably scare the hell out of a load of 5 year olds as well!
