Default TVR to close?

How much of this is rumour I'm not sure, but I know a lot of lads there have been twiddling their thumbs for a few weeks now

What a shame I did wonder what would happen when a 24 year old took the helm.... lets hope someone steps up to take over....

Never say die, they have been in this situation a few times before but have always come through.

This would be more of a loss to British Car making than the loss of that REnault plant and Rover IMO. I understand many have lost their jobs, but TVR's are fantastic cars. I've been in nothing else that gives you the un-controllable buzz that a TVR does....

4th gear, rear wheel spin, in the dry, at the touch of the throttle, priceless.

They used to have unlimited paints, anything you could dream, but had to tone it down to "only" 50,000 colours.

The GF especially is an avid TVR fan, her paint is TVR, her interior is based around TVR's, hell, for her birthday i got her a test drive in a brand new Speed 6.

TVR's rock, I really do hope they get through....

I know the guy that has designed the new shape for this years unveiling and he seems to think everything is ok.

I know newpapers aren't always right, but it's spreading.

I hope not.

I test drove a Sagaris, Tuscan S and T350 just before christmas with a friend who was looking at buying one - all utterly breathtaking and I'd have been convinced to get one myself if I still could. The craftsmanship is amazing. Business seemed to be quite brisk the day we were there. Another friend has a lovely Griffith which needs a bit of TVR TLC every so often!

I hope not. I doubt I'll be ever able to afford one but they are gorgeous cars. My mate had a Griffith it was a beautiful looking and sounding car. A proper sportscar.

The dealers are franchises, not "owned" by TVR
