Default Fitting a Scottoiler

Have picked up a 2nd hand Scottoiler with a dual injector, which a located on the underside of the swinging arm with cable ties. The injector seems to be moving however, so what is the best thing to use to secure it?

Sticky pads (you know the ones for re-fitting rear-view mirrors in cars (then cable tie it on for security ))
