You should expect no less, it's the Royal Mail, they don't want people to use the telephone or e-mail, write them a letter and put a 1st class stamp on it.

How do you know it's the Royal Mail thats lost it, you say the stuff was from a foriegn company so it could be lost by the foriegn postal system.
