Default AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!

Just gotta say it to everyone I hate Brake dust seals.... Can I get them into their rightful place... Not a chance...

Are the grooves in which they should sit completely clean, square and undamaged?

If not then they'll never fit right anyway. If yes then are you re-using the original distended and possibly damaged seals? That'll never happen, if they are in good nick it's an easy fit, if they're not then it'll be damn difficult and they won't work right anyhoo.

That is true I'd say it's knackered seals too, that tie in with that crunchy feeling... Seals dragging out. Were they in the groove when you pulled the pistons?

Have you cleaned the calipers thouroughly Make sure you get all the cack out of the guides first before fitting

Hey, they could save my life its all sorted the temper has cleared and we are all sorted all I need to do is re-build the whole of the front of the bike... Tempted to leave all the plastics off and just go for a ride!!!
