Default Mrs Ape back to work.

At last I have managed to get that sponging, blood sucking wife of mine back to work.

She starts work tomorrow. At last I shall have money left over at the end of the month instead of month left over at the end of the money.

First interview she went on after deciding to go back to work. Congratulations in order I think.

Words of caution. Anyone taking the bus from Newbury to Swindon, if the driver of the bus is female, say hello it'll be Jo, sit down and hold on tightly, it could be a rather entertaining ride.

Unfortunately not in the near future, it will however mean that I can afford to clear my debts quicker than the trickle that is the current trend. She indeed will be the bus driver They offered her Transport Executive, but she didn't know what that meant so asked if she could just be a bus driver.

That great news!

Tell her congrats from me.

Now all the household jobs have to be shared out equally!

Cheers Messie, knew I could rely on you to point out the downside.

Not only that, but it's six days a week, every week. It also means that I can only do the Soho meet twice in a month. Also Sat ride outs have now vanished, Sundays are the only days that the family will all be together so Sunday ride outs will be far and few between.

At the end of the day, two wages will mean living life more comfortable than of late, and getting some debts wiped out. So it will be worth it.

Congrats on investing in a longer chain from her kitchen sink, so long as the tether is tightened back to regulation length when she comes home.

Seriously though I wish my own wife was in a position to get a real job. Her health precludes her from working for more than a couple of hours a day. So I guess she will always be a millstone with one hand permanently in my wallet.

It doesn't work that way - one of the basic laws of quantum physics states that the length of a month is infinitely expandable so as to be able to consume all the money available,
+ a bit more
