Default nekid headlight conversion question

am i correct in thinking that the nekid sv has 1 bulb in the headlight ?

if so, how did people convert it from the single round headlight to the dual headlight setup i often see on the SV,
are both the bulbs dipped, and full ?

were trying to find a way to get a headlight on a CBR (the single headlight model, the dipped and main beam are using the same bulb) that has the twin lights.

also, what headlight bulb does the SV use ?

The naked SV has just the one main bulb, yes.

There's only one connector on the dual lights and that uses the standard SV connection. Both bulbs are therefore dipped/full at the same time.

The standard SV bulb in an H4 (if I remember correctly).

ok cool. so all you gotta do is buy the headlight unit (it contains bulbs and everything) and plug and play ?

we are thinking of this one

The last one (the twin chromes) is the only one I like and is the one I've used and on which my reply was based.

It bolted straight on to the SV mounts. The only problem is what to do with all the wiring that was previously hidden inside the single headlight. Some peeps cut it back and rejoin it, other lazy gits (read me ) tape it all up and stuff it between the headstock and the lights.
