Opticrom Aqueous Eyedrops are great for sorting out the itchy eyes, been using them for years.

Sorry, can't help with the throat though, I've never really suffered with that, I just get the itchy eyes and a really stuffy nose. I think my hayfever kicked in with a vengeance yesterday...

Get your GP to prescribe Telfast. Terrific stuff.

Try a different antihistamine to Cetrizine.
Loratadine is the most common other (Clarityn).

I've never heard of Telfast (Fexofenadine hydrochloride, just looked it up ) but if Ed says its good I might try that myself !

Edit - Drinking alchohol will make hayfever worst too

Used to take Triludan but it stopped working.

Tried Clarityn that shifted it fine but was really expensive. Tried the superdrug own brand version of Clarityn as the pharmasist in Superdrug told me it was basically the same but its half the price and that shifts it for me. But I think you get it worse than I do T.

Anything with Loratadine in or maybe piriton
Beconase Nasal Spray for when your nose feels like its melting
and any good quality eyedrops,

Should ask your Doctor about injections, i had a course albeit about 15yrs ago , but didnt half help

Hope that helps
