Default Recommend a chain lube.

I need to get some more chain lube prior to getting an installing a scotoiler.

Can anyone recommend a brand or type in the interim or does it not matter?

Heard chain wax is good for not flying off everywhere.???

Kind Regards
DD

Was quite happy with the Casterol stuff before I fitted my scottoiler but tended to use whatever was on offer

There's only one.

Wurth High Performance Dry Chain Lube.

Nothing else comes close.

Number 1 rated by RiDE magazine.

Engine oil, used or otherwise. In a scotty is ideal, but wiped on works well too.

Yup top stuff, but you need good arms as it fully needs 3 minutes shaking!!

engine oil or ES90 gear oil (the es90 is a bit thicker than engine oil, so doesnt fling as much)
