why are weather forecasts so useless?
has anyone else noticed that the weather forecasts seem to be getting more and more useless? Like when they tell you it's going to rain so you replan your weekend, etc and then it's gorgeous sunshine and you have arranged to help someone move house, etc
Or like today when I thought that I won't bring my new bike in cos it's so nice and shiney still and every forecast was predicting doom and gloom - but now the sun is shining it's merry self outside and I have to take the train home

When I was checking BBC 24hr forecast at 6:30 on Fri eve before my big ride for the weekend there was only 3 hrs left of the forecast as it was running from the prior day - Not much use!
