Used to be with them but we really didn't see eye to eye so i told them to stick there contract.
I had some very interesting conversations with there call centre guys in India, things took alot of explaining and i'm sure they still didn't understand what i was talking about.

Dont talk to me about 3!!

On my third Nokia 6280 in as many months and their customer service (In India obviously) is absolutely rank. In fairness, the deals are good and most of my problems have resulted from the phone rather than 3 themselves, but if you have a problem and need to speak to customer services, get ready for a long haul. They are shocking and dont understand what you are going on about. In fact, I'll be writing my third letter to them tonight after they offered only a £10 compensation on my account when I asked them to cancel my contract.

Have been with them for 2 years and just renewed my contract for a 3rd.

First year phone was cr*p some LG
Second year Nokia 6680 no problems at all
This year Nokia N73 with a very good deal

What I find dodgy is their call charges with roaming! £1.20 a minute when u ring while you are abroad but then I have found its cheaper to buy a payg card from wherever u go

Service wise its ok. I rarely ring them for something. What you need to remember is that India people are very process oriented i.e. they don't think outside the box. They have a script and they follow it.

Those roaming charges are cheap then, about £1.50 for Orange & O2 and 50p a text.
I had 3 and all as above Great service, as when you were not in range it defaulted to O2 (is it orange now?). But painful dealing with customer services.
Good deals.

Sounds very good, but is that £15 pmth after cashback which is a right pain to claim? or you just have to pay Three £15 pmth?

Also what happens with all these new contracts that are for 18 months, but do phones just have a 1 year warranty?
