Top marks to 3 Cross Motorcycles

One of our members (not I, honest) was 50 on Saturday so his son (honest, I've only got daughters) wanted to give him an unusual present. His son foned 3X motor cycles at Three Legged Cross, explained that it was his dad's 50th and that he has always wanted to ride a Ducatti.

No problem they said, bring him along and he can take one out for an hour. So on Saturday morning he's given the keys to a spanking red 749 (the 999 had already been promised to a potential customer for a test ride ) and off we go to rip up some miles between Verwood, Wimbourne and Shaftsbury. Lack of fuel caused a detour back to Blandford so the ride was more like 2 hours.

The xtra time was no problem to the nice guys at 3X and to cap it all they refunded the cost of the fuel he'd put in the bike.
