Sounds like he's back to normal

I like the bit about the crash helmet manufacturer wanting the helmet back to carry out testing!

Richard said: "Do you realise how annoyed I am that I've got no marks on me? Absolutely nothing at al, nothing for the pub.

"There are people who fall off their trikes at the age of four who've got better injuries than me. I've been through hell and I've got nothing to show for it except a chipped tooth! I'm gutted."

That'll be one less tooth to whiten then!

LOL no doubt jeremy clarckson will say that too!

Glad the little man is alright, and perhaps the bang to the head is just what he needs to see sense and stop writing for crappy MCN

Glad he is getting back to health, but, personallydo not want to read any bloody more about 'that' accident.
Do you know whether the huge fee that he is likely to have received for that interview went to charity or in his back pocket?
Do you think he would be remotely interested if you or I suffered in that crash. I know I sound heartless here and
I realise its not his fault, but the 'Cult of Celebrity' in the media is bloody ridiculous.

Yes.

It's not everyday "John Smith" trashes a jet powered car.

I heard that he doesn't actually write it anyway.

I have to say that although I agree with you in general, I think with this case, it is totally interesting, and I don't even mind him getting a fee or anything, cos I wouldn't crash at 300 mph just to get a good interview fee. I wanna know the details

Do you think he gave it a seconds thought how dangerous it was? I actually think his Ego took over. It was never gonna happen to him. It did, fortunately he is likely to make a full recovery and probably get more publicity and adoration for being selfish to his family in the first place.
The BBC apparently paid him an obscene 'channel handcuff' deal just before the accident. Don't know about you, but I would rather have my licence fee spent on something a little more productive than some average joes bank balance.
