right, we have a year old doggie called glen.
now he seems to have flea's. and we cant get rid of em. we tried flea shampoo, flea drops, flea collar, but no luck, the little buggers keep coming back. so whats the secret ? to kill thy enemy, thy must first understand thy enemy. tell me all, discuss. |

probably not much help, but have you tried frontline, only available from the vet, but they seem to swear by it

frontline, put it on the skin and it sinks in ( the animal not yours), kills them (the fleas not the pet) and protects for 3 months. think you only get it from the vets.
post above got in before i finished writing mine, I`m not copying- honest. |

Dunno, but I heard a story that fleas go into a 'limbo state' in the carpet until they sense movement.

Dogs will always go somewhere & get more fleas - the simple, easy & guaranteed* solution is to buy a flea collar for yourself. Job done.
Any other canine issues I can help with? *Not a guarantee |

Frontline or stronghold should do it. Both are powerful stuff which is why you can only get it from a vets and they will only let you have some if you have had your pets checked recently. Both do the trick, even for the very stubborn fleas.

Comb his hair with your hands and you'll soon find the buggers. Then squash them between your thumbnails.

If you have tried de-fleaing the doggy, try de-fleaing the doggy at the same time as de-fleaing the house.
A trip to the vet may be in order for some advice. Just be prepared to remortgage the house if you actually want to TALK to him. ![]() £10 to open the door £10 to talk to the receptionist £5 per butt that takes a seat in the waiting room ....and so it goes on... |
