ebay advice
i want to sell somthing on ebay, i want at least £10 for it so is it best to start at £9.99 or start at 99p with £10 reserve? (will it cost the same to advertise them)

The reserve option starts at £50 onwards, can't do any reserves on auctions less than that.

you'll get more for it if you set a low start price and no reserve. people get carried away once they have a bid in, and often bid more than they would normally be prepared to pay.
As an example, last week there was a hardly used alpine stars leather jacket in i was interested in. It had a reserve of £100 and nobody bid on it. The guy re-listed it with no reserve and in the last hr before it finished it went from £35 to £170!! |

Start at 99p, get your mate to bid £10 towards the end if it hasn't reached that far.
