Default tail tidys

trying to fit a R & G tail tidy to a k5s I have taken all the fairings of the back end but cannot see how to get the rest off nothing seems accessible? help what am i missing!!!!

You have to remove the undertray , in order to have access to the tail bolts!

The undertray is fixed by 4 black bolts on the outside of the sub-frame , after you remove the 4 bolts , push the plastic bits around the bolt area out and down (this is the hard part), and the undertray should get lose , giving you access to the tail bolts !

Its probably a good idea to remove the battery , and all the electrical stuff to make the job easier !

This weekend i removed the tail , subframe , and tail , but when i went to put i all back together i had 3 extra bolts they are short dark brown bolts with a large tread (wood like bolts) , and look like the one used on the rear fairing above the front seat , but i couldn't find any place to put them on... since you just remove your fairing could you tell me if you know here those 3 bold go in ? thanks

as above, ive got the r+g tidy and it does fit quite well evan tho the number plate bulb is abit pants, just keep taking bits off carefully and all will become more clear.

thanks for all the help on wed guys! well chuffed with myself just finishing off today looks alto better without the hunk of plastic although i did have to cut into my licence plate to make it fit
