Default PC Stuff: Using both connectors on an LCD monitor

Question is:
Can I damage an LCD type monitor by connecting 2 PCs to it
(one to the VGA, one to the DVI) and will it work OK if I do, using the screen menu
to switch between the two PCs???

As long as you can select the input on the monitor should be OK? My Plasma TV handles several PC inputs by selecting the input channel manually, so the monitor would be OK to?

Should be fine, even for cases where you can't select the input, it usually prioratises DVI.

However, consult the manufacturer before doing it, just so you have no leg to stand on when you follow my advice & want to sue me for wrecking your screen.
