My back brake has started sticking, at first it caused the brake light to stay on after I had braked until I flicked the leaver back up (as u do with the gear lever changing upwards.) but now it has also caused the brake pads to stick to the disc (it can move with a bit of power), but its difficult to wheel it round etc, would this be covered under waranty and or any ideas on how to solve it?

Would be surprising for such a late model bike, but maybe check whether the rear caliper piston is stuck. The location of it can make it more prone to attack from general crud if you tend to ride in all weathers.

Same happened to my K5 nekkid a while back. As mentioned above, they had siezed with road crud. Get 'em stripped and relubed, and possibly bung new pads in just for good measure.
