Default wonky knee

there was a post a while ago about getting pain i the knee from riding, & to wear a bandage thing helps
so......... which is best the white tubalar bandage or the blue knee support??

i think this is in the right section as its bike related

Espescially this time of year the cold can sneak into your joints, particularly knees, when otherwise they'd be fine.
A neoprene support will keep your knee toasty warm, but bent at the angle it will be when riding - it can often restrict blood flow rather then aid it. Don't forget they are generally worn to support a straight leg. This restriction will only cause you more problems and increase your chances of DVT on long trips.

If you don't need it for actual support then my advice is not to go for something that is comparitively thick and settle instead for a simple, basic tubular bandage, or even a regular crepe bandage.
It will be more flexible, allowing the joint to be flexed more easily and will help promote blood flow due to the more even pressure.

I maintain a 650 mile day on the SV without reasonable breaks did for my already a bit dodgy knees (I dont have wonky knee, btw I must stress, just dodgy knees...like me dear old Mum).
