Enduro Karting SV650 V other biking forums

Just a tentative step to organising an event in leeds maybe in march next year
will be inviting teams from around the country and from various biking forums to take part in a days long enduro event with trophys and such for the days winners and of course losers,lol
The whole event will be held to raise money for cancer research uk and will be backed by www.cbt2007.co.uk who are doing their coastal motorbike tour in july of next year.
I am planning on teams of 4 or maybe even more.

1 hr £70 per team 8 to 18 teams
1.5hr £100 per team 9 to 18 teams
2 hr £120 per team 10 to 18 teams
3 hr £160per team 12 to 18 teams

This is an enduro event and i would like to base the team on a minimum of 3 drivers but 4 would be better.
the winners will be awarded a bottle of bubbly and trophys from the company.
This event was designed to raise funds for cancer research uk, but at these prices i feel it would be a little unfair to add anything on top, but if i can get a discount from the company then i would like this to go to cancer reserch uk and to help us reach our target.
