Default Tank Bra/Cover

Had a look at the baglux tank bra picture on the photo section and is thinking to get one. just wondering are they easy to be nicked by theif? Spending around 80 quid and be nicked the next day is not something i like very much.

don't think so as i'm sure you need to get the tank up to fit it - which means side panels off, front seat up etc etc

There is a strap that goes under the tank, but if the theif had a stanley knife then i guess he could nick it.

I've got mine, parked it in london and not had my baglux nicked yet. I also cover two of the clips under the seat panels.

It was easy to fit............just got the man slave to do it

I don't think they are easily stolen, as you need to get the tank off, they could slice the straps, but then how much use is it to them?

Do you have to remove them when you're washing the bike? That would be a bit impractical.

KRZ,

There's one on ebay for sale, do a search for suzuki sv650 on ebay, you'll see the tank cover. I think there's about 6 days or summat daft left on it, but it's currently 10 quid as the offer.

Only problem may be that's it's black, it may not be the colour you're after ?

Squirrel,

Dunno Matey, I know it's for the SV650, I'll dig out the link and post it when I get 5.

Cheers,

Mass
