Default My Old SV

I was approached by a dodgy looking salesman the other day.

"Psst" he said "Wanna buy another SV"?

Actually I was wandering past the Honda centre in Shrewsbury and Steve the sales guy yelled out to me. Turns out they've taken my old SV in Part Ex for a cruiser.

Of course I had to have a look at my old baby. I'm pleased to say she looks as clean as I left her. Only done another 1k miles. I know the shop bought it in for £1500, so it'll be interesting to see what price it ends up on the showroom floor at.

Not show on their website yet, which is http://www.shrewsburyhonda.co.uk/home.php?type=HOME if you're interested.

John

I bumped into the old owner of my SV at a bike show a while back... She was halfway between fascinated and horified at what I'd done to it "I polished that every week!" "Well, that was a bit of a wasted effort, as it turns out..."

When ever Scoob's looks at the bike he looks a little horrified too...

As for the other SV... I've always owned it.

She's now in the showroom, no price yet though.

So that's what it looks like when it's all back together!! I used to see it in John's garage in more bits than I could count up to, cleaning rags and god knows what polish 'n all I did see the bike a few times and yes you could have eaten your dinner off it, it was that clean.
