Ok I was traveling a little over what could be called sensible on the back road from uni today, only to see a flash go off in front of me, followed by another. At this point I slow to a more legal speed. a few yards further I see a car at the side of the road and someone at the side of the road signaling for me to pull over...

Only to see that it is a tourist taking pictures of our local attraction (see pic below) and didn't want me in the picture, whoops

A guy I used to work with was travelling down a country road at night, not paying attention in his car, as car drivers are wont to do, when there was a flash of light. After a minute of driving he went back as he figured he'd seen some sort of UFO activity.

Got flashed again by the camera on the other side of the road this time. £120, 6 points, moron.

Its a tree with shoes growing out of it... apparently.
Its on the A70 a few miles out of balerno on near the top west corner of the airfield.
