New speed camera on Bristol Ring Road - SV650.org

I'll post this now before I forget.

At the Filton end of the A4174 ring road near the Shield Retail Centre there's always been two gatsos, one on each carriageway. Today I noticed they've put in a new camera on the West bound side.
It's one of the smaller types on a taller pole, and it's positioned just before the existing gatso.

So if you're in the habit of flying up to the camera and letting the hill & engine braking slow you down just in time, then think on.

Saw it yesterday. Theres also a new ANPR camera on the A4 heading into Bristol. Looks like they're using it to police the bus lane (up near the rspca).

They looked to be putting one in covering the other (eastbound) side as well today. Same as above, just before the existing gatso.

They'e putting another one up on the A38 as well. A new one next to the old one outside the petrol station close to the Toyota garage and Patchway roundabout.
