my excuse for speeding is speed limits are set well below a safe speed. With good roads and good drivers speeds on the interstate could be 100mph or greater. The other reason is it is not in the interest of public safety it is to generate revenue and because it is just to make money and i like driving fast i don care what the speed limit says.
