Default Powmill speed limits moved?

Dunno who's all going uo the hill on sunday?
Was speaking to a friend that has warned me that the council or whoever have moved the 40mph speed limit before Powmill back about a mile-ish?

Who's been up that way.. and did you notice?

I'll be there early doors. Never noticed the speed limit but I come in from the backroads via hatchbank/kinross.
