Obviously get out and ride! I was thinking more in line of things that are suggested improvements/modifications to make my bike better/cooler/faster etc.
It's got a (road legal) fuel exhaust with removable baffle (which might be coming out this weekend...), recently been serviced and has (almost) new Conti Road Attacks. I'm thinking about a single seat conversion; ideas on prices and feasibility? Looking forward to participating here over the coming weeks/months/years. And if anyone was wondering, I bought the bike through here; this is the bike I bought... Will |

There are very few standard SVs on here, asking what you should do could easily loose you £1500 on other people's ideas.....
Ride it for a bit and then decide if you want to change it cosmetically, if there's something about the way it rides you'd like to tweak or if you're happy. If you're happy, leave it be ![]()

![]() Blimey Kwak resisted the urge to tell you to polish that downpipe! ![]() Really depends on how good you are with the spanners, how much money you got and how experienced a rider you are too. Crash bungs is a sensible one though. Look at the pics of other curvys. They'll give you pointers to the good and bad mods. ![]() |

Thats pretty much done. Try and get a seat cowl rather than going to down the single seat conversion route. That way when or if you decide to sell it you can put it all back to standard should you wish to.
Only thing I'd add crash bungs as Hovis has said and maybe a Scotoiler or perhaps a rear hugger. The only other place you'll score big in terms of riding rewards is new springs and oil in your front forks.
