I am with e bike insurance, and i got a quote 2 years ago, at 26 just passed test fully comp for just over £400, they i think they take into account the time you have had a car licence as well, the NCB i dont think so so much.
i now pay £280 a year fully comp!!

As if any insurance company is to take into account a NCB then you need the proof and that is only normally sent after cancelation.

so the short answer is no i doubt very much that the NCB on a car will count toards your bike.

afaik you can only apply your NCB to one vehicle, and that vehicle usually has to be the type you aquired the NCB by driving, although i'm sure i've heard of some insurers letting you swap between the two, never applying one to both though...

But have a shunt in vehicle A and they will take that into account on vehicle B. Insurance companies like to have their cake and eat it.
