Any Pink Floyd fans in the house?

Went to see "The Australian Pink floyd" at Portsmouth Guildhall Sunday night. If you get the chance i beg you to go see them, they were f***in' amazing!

for a tribute act, the show they put on was out of this world. my ears are still ringing now, they were very loud (mind you i was 4 rows from front!).

highlights for me, were Great Gig in the Sky, Comfortably numb, Wish You were here, Money...in fact the whole show!!

Followed them up until the wall concerts at Earls Court in the early 80`s, after which I didn't enjoy any of the new stuff. I still listen to Animals and Wish you were here regularily. (Best venue is in an Amsterdam coffee bar...)

They were playing last week in Plymouth, directly opposite my pub so I was rammed before and after the concert so right now I'm not a fan cuz I was working!!

Saw the tribute band a few years back in Salisbury............F***ing amazing!

Apparently the tribute band are millionaires themselves just for being a tribute and Dave Gilmour also asked them to play at his garden party for his birthday a while back.

Huge Floyd fan here, my friend saw the Australian Pink Floyd in Newcastle the other day, and said they were fantastic.

Will def have to get on that website!

Edit: I think that Beaulieu event sounds great- will investigate further!

Been a floyd fan for years and followed Aussie floyd all round Leicestershire and Warks. Never failed to deliver awsome nights out.

Great to see them go from college halls in Market Harboro to De Mont in Leicester, price increase not so good though.

Never got to see floyd play themselves and don't suppose I will now, but I think that these guys are about the best tribute around.
