ITV painters on the roof.
can someone please explane the ITV presents fill in thingy, where there are painters on the roof tops painting in yellow paint, then the camera pans over the building to see people walking in circles (or that's what it appers to me) at the bottom of the buildind around yellow shapes...
I just don't get it. is it me being thick, or does anyone know ??????
