Mods move this if it shouldn't be here.
Could do with some speakers for ma computer at work, just some decent sounding ones that pump some sound and bass out for when i'm in on ma own, or when everyone has gone home. Gotta be able to plug into to headphone plug in the back of the box. Not too pricey tho please and not too big lol. Cheers Stu |

I have a 2:1 Altec Lansing system, that cost £30 from PC world. I like Altec stuff its good value, and personaly i think the sound qulity is very very good. I use one of thier processors in my Car audio system as well. Dont know what modesl they are though, sorry.
Edit: Looking on thier site, this, although mine look nothingh like these, would be the closest http://www.alteclansing.co.uk/prodda...Altec%20VS2321 |

I got some logitech ones with a seperate sub, great sound and take very little space on the desk, they were £60 though. Look really nice as well with shiny aluminium finish on the desk speakers, the volume control that goes on the desk has a headphone socket so no fiddiling about under desk looking for cables. Sorry don't know the model number. From PC world as well.

The Logitech 2.1 set ups arent too bad and can be had for pretty cheap. Also the Altec gear as mentioned by Viney. |

I've got some Harmon Kardon somthingorothers knocking about somewhere.
I need to check where they are as we're moving house and a lot of stuff has gone into storage. I think they're lower end ones but you can have them (for the price of the postage or a beer at AR07) if I can find them. I'll have a look tonight and post some more details. |
