Default Bad day!

Postie knocks door with delivery while i popped out yesterday for 5 mins so end up trying to find this sorting office this morning, takes me ages. Best of all, starts to rain heavy (new bike). Even better, my tail tidy and alarm don't fit in my bag so that was an interesting ride! ended up stuffing my lunch in my pockets to gain some space. Topbox looming...

when i pull up at work i flick my visor up and out comes the hyperoptics insert that cost me 30 quid that they fitted. (don't let george whites swindon fit your foggy insert!)

So all in all, sat here at work thinking, i just want to go home!

I had a similar dilema yesterday, only mine was getting a number of cans of beer back to my house. Top box ideal.

Thinking outside the box a little (pardon the pun), I had a few problems:
1) No way in hell a top box is going on my bike.
2) No time to fit said top box even if there was a chance.
3) See 1.

So I left the house with a cheery wave, bungee net in hand. The question I got on the way out was "How the hell are you going to hold it all with that net?" I didn't reply.

Short trip to B&Q. Got the largest toolbox I could find, bought it for £20 ish, and strapped it to the pillion seat. Got some odd looks, but all good. Then on to Tesco.

Beer purchased, in the toolbox it goes & ride home with a huge "home made topbox full o' beer" grin on my face. I took pictures, but need to get around to taking them off the digicam.

Don't let a lack of space catch you out, I now have a new toolbox as well as a crap load of beer in the fridge. Bonus.

Couldn't you have just taken that enormous car you have? That is also able to carry beer as well as people!
